Just curious, when you state there's 3 trillion dollars sidelined, what =
exactly do you mean by sidelined? Certainly equity mutual funds don't =
have 3 trillion in cash waiting to be invested.
I have been saying for a long time that there is a lot ($3 trillion, =
last report I saw) of money that is sidelined. Much of this is =
