The updates for the various smartselect ratings occur overnight. So, on a Friday they should be completed by Saturday morning. The update for the new version is completed by 4am pacific time. The updates for the old version is completed usually by midnight. Then these rating will remain the same till they are updated Monday overnight. I am unsure if the estimate data updates work differently, so I have forwarded a copy of your email to someone more familiar with this update. He will respond to you on Monday.
