I commented that I thought the valuation was on the high side. Tonight I read the following which was in the 2020Insight Market Wrap from the GLB Group. "Valuations of small/mid cap retailers were depressed by 1999-2000 tech bubble as investor dollars were channeled into small/mid cap tech tocks instead of small/mid cap retailers even though retailing earnings were strong. Valuations have not fully recovered from this unusual pressure. The implications of this thesis are: 1. Comparison of relative valuation over the past three to five year periods may lead analysts to mistakenly believe that the stocks are fully priced when, in fact, valuations are headed higher, back to the pre-bubble levels of the mid 1990's. 2. The combination of rising valuations, strong underlying growth and margin improvement as the economy recovers should make small/mid cap retailers a standout group in the market this year." Go for it Duke.
