I think IBD is changing.  Today they profile LOW and actually are warning of
the technical faults while pointing out it's fundamental soundness.  This is
a relatively rare venture for IBD to speak of the future of a stock using
current action.  Usually they go back to '99 or 2k and pick out a chart
pattern to demonstrate a point.  Today they are using LOW as an example of
how to look for warning signs of a stock that, although looking good, might
pull back.  I find that refreshing.
