Also note in today's Investor's Corner:

"...buy more shares to round out your position.  Just make sure not to
add shares if the stock is well past 5% above the pivot."

I can show you over 1,000 IBD mentions to NOT buy unless it's WITHIN 5%
of the pivot, lest you get stopped out.

I think IBD is changing.  Today they profile LOW and actually are
warning of the technical faults while pointing out it's fundamental
soundness.  This is a relatively rare venture for IBD to speak of the
future of a stock using current action.  Usually they go back to '99 or
2k and pick out a chart pattern to demonstrate a point.  Today they are
using LOW as an example of how to look for warning signs of a stock
that, although looking good, might pull back.  I find that refreshing.
