NLS got some bad press from Herb Greenberg that pushed the stock down a =
little.  IMO, it's petty stuff about how the CFO claimed to be a CPA, =
but since he let his liscense lapse, he's not really a CPA.  There's =
other stuff in the article that seems to me to be even pettier than =
that.

Anyway, Greenberg's exposees are followed by many people and probably =
account for NLS's (formerly DFXI) drop in the last couple of days.  If =
you've been thinking about buying in, I think this would be a good =
opportunity.  I own several hundred shares of this myself.  I'm not =
great on technical analysis, but I love the company and it's financials. =
 For me, it's a long term hold.
