In relationship to "M" (and another newbie question) do any of you use =
software/app that helps you determine market movement? (i.e. =
http://www.market-tester.com/)

We were all newbies once (which reminds me, Scrubbs is on tonight):

Each day investor.com has a screen of the day. You got to catch them
each day, because I don't think they archive them. (If they do, you got
to pay through the nose in IBD fashion!). Look to the right of the Home
screen and you'll see screen of the day. You have to be an IBD
subscriber to access it.

Duke - pardon the newbie question but where do you find a screen
tracking "Accelerating Fund Ownership"?

For what it's worth....

I am tracking portfolios containing four significant (to me, anyway)
screens since the first week of May:  Accelerating Fund Ownership;
Estimate Beaters; Russell 2000 Leadership; Up/Down Volume Leaders. =20

As of today, these portfolios are down 11%, down 9.16%, down 6.97%, and
up .09%, respectively, for an average loss of 6.76%. The S&P is down
1.1% in the same time frame.

The stocks therein include (Asterisks indicate the number of occurrences
in the combined four portfolios):

RACN, RYAN, DFXI**, FRED**, KSWS, AXL**, RGIS**, URBN**, HOV***, MTH**,
GTK, BOBE, MOVI**, LNY, GISX**, LAD**, CAKE**, WGO, PENN, ROOM, PII***,
SAH***, RYL**, JOSB, CVH, MME***, UNH, TOL**, GPI***, PFCB, UOPX,
RCII**, KBH**, DLTR, PNRA, CAKE, MDC**, NDN, CHS, UAG**, BZH, COH,
NVR**, NTK, BLL, KSWS, MIK, CHBS, CACOA, AHS, SONC, RMCI, PIR, DCM, CHS,
CHBS.

Five stocks appear more than twice.  They are HOV (-11.7%); PII (-5%);
SAH (-15%); MME (-5.7%); and GPI (+1.186%). The winning stocks (those
up more than 4%) are SONC, CHBS, RYAN, JOSB, URBN.

At this point, all this exercise has proven to me is I got to get to
Eckerd's and up my reading glasses prescription a notch!!
