I never really thought it made much of a difference, but generally, which
formulation does everyone use for MA?  Either SMA or EMA?

I think IBD does SMA, but I noticed that for my position in PEET, which I
closed out today, the price would show holding above the 50 day MA if you
use SMA, but it dipped below it when using EMA.
