     There is an fine article in IBD today in the Managing A Successful 
Company column, entitled: Accounting Analyst Warns:....  In it, Howard 
Schilit, an owner of a financial research firm, describes the-essentially-7 
categories involved in "Enron-ish" behavior.  Unless there is outright fraud 
going on, the alert investor/prospector can uncover the deceit by analyzing 
the firms books.  

     He has a web site I haven't visited yet, but which IBD posted in the
