     Summer School :)

     Seriously, I think these are schools whose mkt is older people, so this 
is why EPS is about the same during the summer months as it is during the 
school year, ie.I don't believe these commercial schools would curtail their 
services for the summer.  

     Moreover (and this is just a guess) I imagine they would offer tutorials 
during the summer months for kids who want to get ahead or are having 
scholastic troubles at school.
