Dear Bill,
We have been following a similar chart that was produced by Ned Davis
research since May 2000.  Remember, greed and fear will prevail over the
short to intermediate run.  I am becoming concerned that too many people
are hoping the economy will save us.  Either the market is wrong, or the
economy is not as robust as many believe.  I will always align myself
with the market.  It's the sum of our hopes and our fears.

I know I don't contribute much to the group, but this is one of the most
astute groups of investors I have seen over the years.  Keep up the
great discussions!
