For today's market this is not a bad looking stock although debt is a bit 
heavy, probably due to the acquisition in December. The cup is clear but I am 
concerned that it has taken two years to form. This is also the third week of 
the handle, so here is my question.
In your experience, or from WON comments, are such long term c/h formations 
usually successful? Not will a breakout last, but will a breakout even occur?
