Both HTRN and NOBL have 2yr cups and it appears that NOBL's handle is =
complete.  So far there haven't been any heavy hitters buying  into =
NOBL, notwithstanding their sterling performance.  That seems to be the =
norm in this market. For a good chuckle in this connection you should =
note the latest news from FRED.  Their stock went down after turning in =
a super performance .  So - after saying he didn't understand why the =
stock value is going down in the light of such a  favorable performance, =
the CEO  of FRED said he didn't think the stock could stand any more =
good news.
