My interpretation of the LU chart:

1. Upper Right, Lower Left.
It appears as a steadily declinging issue.

2. Debt is MASSIVE
3. Earningsare declining in the telecommunications market which it =
serves.
4.The RS graph shows it as 9, meaning that 91% of the S&P is =
outperforming the issue.
5. Were it not for the very low price, it could be a good "SHORT" =
candidate.=20
