I don't think = anyone believes that every other politician serving us in the past 140 = or so years was all that honest, yet they all got to serve out their = office, and many were reelected after criminal or moral behavior. I read one report recently where a governmental auditing unit has = refused to sign off on the audit of the Federal financial reports for = something like 7 years because they could not account for all the = expenditures. Billions of dollars were "misplaced" or otherwise = unexplainable. What public corporation would still be trading if there = was not a signed audit every year?
