Right, we could be bouncing around the bottom for awhile if indeed we're =
at the bottom. Just wanted to make sure I had it right. Then it will =
take time for charts to repair themselves.

  technically, yes, but until there is conviction that the bear market =
has reversed, or at least gives room for a substantial rally, then any =
follow thru will be suspect
