I am trying to figure out whether there is a base or not. On the daily chart, I see a cup and handle starting at 6/11, forming the right rim on 8/7, and now forming handle. But when I look at the weekly chart, I see a possible larger chart starting in January. The volume on the weekly chart looks very promising.
