I should have added to my previous post, that while the volume coming up the
right side of the cup was promising, the high sell volume on the day it
formed the pivot and subsequent 3 days is less encouraging, IMHO.

 I am trying to figure out whether there is a base or not.

On the daily chart, I see a cup and handle starting at 6/11, forming the
right rim on 8/7, and now forming handle.

But when I look at the weekly chart, I see a possible larger chart starting
in January.

The volume on the weekly chart looks very promising.
