I think once you have gotten whacked like this, if you are able to monitor it during 
the day, you can try to get out at a slightly more favorable price.  Maybe put some 
sort of sell stop under today's low, then watch for a rebound and see if you can get 
out a point or two higher.  But you do need to sell it and not hope for a recovery.
