Welcome to the group, Chuck. Sounds like you were developing your RS methods at the same time WON was developing his formulas for CANSLIM. I would be interested in hearing your definition of relative strength, or how you derive it compared to how CANSLIM does it, as well as possibly other sites if you have checked them as well. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Chuck Rademacher" <chuck_rademacher@xtra.co.nz> To: <canslim@lists.xmission.com> Sent: Monday, September 09, 2002 12:50 AM Subject: [CANSLIM] Discussion on weighting relative strength I'm a newbie to this list, but I have been using relative strength rankings for 42 years. I guess that could be even before Bill knew how to spell CANSLIM. I've done some extensive work on weighting relative strength for different time periods in an effor to come up with "one" number. I joined this list thinking that I might be able to expand my knowledge and/or share my ideas on the subject. Is there an archive facility associated with this list? Is there any interest in discussing such things? - - - -To subscribe/unsubscribe, email "majordomo@xmission.com" - -In the email body, write "subscribe canslim" or - -"unsubscribe canslim".
