I've been partly or totally in cash for probably 15 months, maybe a high of 40% 
invested a few times, and much of the time 100% in cash.  First, the market stinks, 
the big blue arrow, to borrow Dave Landry's line, is pointing down.  No sense getting 
in in such a negative environment.  Secondly, the sector I most like to invest in is 
technology, and its been a real dog lately, across all sectors, so I don't even find 
any companies I do want to invest in.  And generally, as I've mentioned once or 
twice, I don't see any companies generating the sort of really strong growth I like to 
see, earnings up 50 to 100% year over year.  When I have invested, its been non-
CANSLIM stocks, things that would make a true blue CANSLIMer cringe.
