I thought it very interesting that the S&P futures closed very close to =
9/11 today. Interesting, don't you think?

Hi Lin,
I think the reason that you don't see more than a few quarters worth =
of data on the internet sites is that they are free. When I want the =
"whole enchilada" I use the free S&P or MarketGuide reports from Schwab. =
But if you want to get the basic fundamental data and avoid paying the =
big DGO fees....there are some lower priced alternatives:
AAII Stock Investor Pro software--about $200/yr =
http://www.investware.com/sipro.stm
or Quotes Plus for about $300/yr http://www.qp2.com/products/cost.htm
I'm sure there are others as well for similar prices.

I've just been searching for the same thing. My brokerage =
(TDWaterhouse)
website has S&P and Marketguide reports which seem to have what I =
(and
you) need. My guess is that other brokerages have the same or =
similar reports,=20
but maybe not.=20

Unable or unwilling to fork it over for DGO until I have some =
trading gains to justify the price, I have been looking for a site that =
gives 5 or 6 yrs of annual EPS, 7 or 8 qtrs of EPS and 7 0r 8 qtrs of =
Sales and their % change. Without doing a hard search, every site seems =
to give bits and pieces of 2 to 3 yrs. Or qtrs. I like MSN's ten year =
summary, but there are no EPS or Sales on this table. Just curious if =
anyone here is not a subscriber and if they have put together a workable =
alternative.

Thanks,
Lin
