one area of technology development and future growth that has interested me,
especially since 9/11, is in internet security. Several of the stocks
currently on my watch list are in this general arena, and I perceive as well
as read reports of an increasing focus on this by both govt and private
corps, thus sales and future profits may put this industry group into
CANSLIM territory despite being a "tech" stock group.
here is just one site I have seen focusing on cyber security, and the risk
to the nation by often unprotected home computers
http://www.staysafeonline.info/
if anyone in the group has already been researching this potential "N" of
CANSLIM, I would be interested in your findings so far if you are willing to
share. I am not sure I know enough to recognize which companies (I am
looking for ones totally focused on this aspect of software) really
represent both "state of the art" and "leading edge" ("N") aspects.
