Well, I don't know off-hand about the B in SMR but since 1986, the largest
number of A in Acc/Dis rating plus a combined total of 194 for the RS+EPS
rating was 33 and that only happened twice if memory serves me correctly.
That number fluctuated mostly between 10 and 15.  And that includes all
stocks irregardless of price.

     It is interesting that the table in IBD (I believe it is on Page 2)
displaying 10 stocks with EPS and RS ratings 90 or above; and A/D and SMR
ratings of B or above, includes in the 10, four that are less than $15, and

that is less than $5.

     I wonder how many there would have been-above $16-were we in a bull?
