BERKELEY, Calif., Sept 10 (Reuters) - Biotechnology company XOMA Ltd.
(XOMA) and diagnostic-test maker Biosite Inc. (BSTE) said on Tuesday
they have resolved all outstanding patent and licensing disputes, and
have agreed to dismiss pending legal proceedings....
