Since the middle of August, the institutions have not been finding equities
to purchase. Whether that is due to the low cash positions, a lack of stocks
with excellent prospects, or sheer fear is subject to debate.

However, the number of A rated stocks in IBD's Acc/Dis column continue to
drop and remain at very low levels.

The updated charts through September 18th's close are now posted:

If "M" is important to the health of the market, it has just about
disappeared from view.
