Re family leave, thank you Tom for speaking out on this matter - I agree
with you. Sometimes  minds and moral matter more than ever bigger profits. I
do not have an answer to this dilemma, but I am glad something new is being
tried. Hopefully, human ingenuity will prevail with creative means to
overcome business indifference/hostility towards family needs. IMO, more
employers must wake up to the fact that "when you squeeze the orange too
hard it tastes bitter, when you don't know how to milk a cow it kicks you or
all you get is bloody milk."
