Today's weblink features APPX.  They describe the "false handle and
breakout" that is currently happening with that issue.  It's a good look at
how the IBD folks interpret "low" handles.

Now, the real question, can I expect to receive a little royality check in
the mail for this free advertising?  Are you (lurker) listening out there??
