You could be very correct about over reaction but if you look at say a 10yr
charts of the indexes things are actually no out of line. Now, those that just
started investing this last couple years would disagree.

I do agree with you about the market continuing up much slower. I just think
we won't notice it till it's several months into it. IMO this has to do with
the current service industry leadership (banks, health, etc...). EX: I have a
tough time investing when an HMO reports improved earnings when the truth is
they just raised their rates 22% for the year. It's not sustainable.
