No need to go to Premium Tools, you can request a chart in the top rhs of
the home page.

Worked for me earlier today, but not now. What DID work just now, was
go to to http://www.cwhcharts.com/  then go to "Premium Tools" on the
menu down the left side and finally choose "Chart Selector" . good luck!
