     CTMI is an IPO that's only gone public in late June of '02.  There 
really doesn't seem that there has been enough of a record to call it an LLUR.

     Also, I don't see its RS-line the same as you.  To me it looks as if its 
weakening (eg. although the price is higher than the stocks most recent 
trough, the RS-line is lower).  Lastly, volume doesn't not look to be very 
low (if you're looking at today's volume, it only seems low (in relation to 
the last 2 days) because the trading-day is not over yet.
