Tepid leadership took a body blow today as both the for profit educators, as well as the video gaming companies, got schmeissed today on weak calls from CECO and THQI, respectively. These were two of the few leading sectors (along with some medicals, hospitals, hmos, and a few others) in this nascent rally/bounce. Recent weakness in hospitals also hurts the leadership in this rally. Not good. After close, KLA Tencor (KLAC) reported horrible results. My God, the fundamentals in tech really do suck! Probable weakness in the Nasdaq tomorrow. Our analysis continues. More problems keep emerging for this rally. The next few days should reveal a lot.
