Hi Bikear,
You didn't say what you were looking for when charting, but there are
plenty of free resources on the web for basic charts which will allow
you to include a variety of technical indicators, moving averages, etc.
For example:

http://www.bigcharts.com
http://www.clearstation.com
If you want technicals and a comparative RS Line to the SPX as the IBD
charts show, see
http://www.stockcharts.com
If you want the above plus RS Rank and U/D volume plotted over time, see
http://www.cwhcharts.com/charts/kmchart.php
If you want something more comprehensive, you have to go to paid
products such as HighGrowthStock, TC2000, DGO, etc.
