I've been fully invested since the recent bottom in ETFs myself. I got shaken out last week and am trying to find something that is not extended to back get into. I got some PECS today and am watching a few more. I think it is the right move but I don't know any retail traders who expect this to be more than a quick trade. The internals look to me like real buying at this level but no one will believe me :) I see you look for stocks in the cup to buy. You may find these data sets that I compile useful: Industries, Companies within Industries, and MoneyFlow. These files provide industry strength, the companies within the industries ranked by price strength, and my version on when the money is flowing. There is a description file at the site or I will explain anything that is not obvious.
