Hi Morris,

The work NBTY did in November of '02 was too low in the base for the subsequent
move up to be considered a valid breakout. The midpoint of the "handle" at that
time was below the midpoint of the base and also below the 200 day MA. See my
annotated chart to see the cup and handle base and the breakout yesterday, 1/6:
