Morris, not sure how you define "insiders", but I see little evidence of =
their buying. At last report, Management only owns 2% of the issue. =
Likewise, for the past 4 qtrs the number of mutual funds holding the =
stock has been very stable.
More likely what you are seeing is simply the greater number of traders, =
as well as investors, who know how to look at a chart at least as a =
minimum and see the c&h formation. I mark it breaking the pivot on 1/13, =
altho it came close the day before and more aggressive buyers may have =
also started stepping in there.
From a CANSLIM perspective, both sales and earnings have been falling =
for most of the past two years. The improvement in both in the last =
(Sept '02) qtr may give hope of continued improvement, but for me the =
trend is not yet sufficiently established to trust in the face of an =
ugly "M" and a weak economy.
