As I research companies and look = at insider activity, how can I determine when a stated proposed sales = from an insider is actually executed? For example, if it states online = that a CEO has a proposed sale of 10,000 share of stock and the date = listed is 11/25/02, is this the date of the filing or the transaction? = If not the transaction, how long after the date is the stock actually = sold?
