if I was trying to buy 10,000 or so shares, then I wouldn't consider it. =
If I was buying 500 shares, then I might, but I would use limit buy and =
sell orders (and presume I would not be able to use a stop loss order) =
so to guard against too large of a spread.
I have made nice money buying a stock when the ADV is low. EPIQ is just =
one example. The first several trips I made on it, the ADV was well =
under 10,000. In each case when I sold it, the ADV was pushing 100,000. =
I never had a problem getting out of it, only getting in at my stingy =
buy limits.

I think it is a very valid concern. If you do a ton of dd and like it =
for a long term hold then it isnt much of a concern but for CANSLIM and =
any other fairly active style I would shy away from stocks like this. =
The longer the intended holding period the less the liquidity matters.

Interesting stock to watch. I'm just curious though, would it not =
worry you/anyone to buy a stock that on avg is only trading about 10,000 =
shares (up from 8,500 a week ago).
I would be afraid that if I needed to sell quickly, it might be =
difficult. Is this a legitimate fear?

way too extended to be a buy right now. Reporting Q4 earnings a week =
later than normal, market seems to think that is a good sign.
