By definition, CANSLIM is bull market investment method. If you follow 
CANSLIM to the letter you should be out of the market and in cash or fixed 
income. CANSLIM is not dead, it is in hibernation until the market improves. 
When will that be? My personal target is when the S&P 500 crosses the 200 DMA 
with vigor.
