    I know-you've told this forum before that you don't put much credence in 
IBD's "Timeliness" rating.  

     However, what I didn't understand (and which your previous "former" 
E-mail, I believe, answered) is that u/d volume is very good, volume on the 
BO from the flat base (around 2/25) was very high, and earnings are almost 
eye-poppingly fine.
