Hi Chris:
 At 2:35 PM CST volume is up about 290% and there is still time for the price 
to exceed $25., but if it doesn't, I consider this a continuing opportunity 
to buy in the "safe" zone, or within 5% of pivot. This does not represent a 
broken formation unless the price closes above $25. then falls below the pivot 
within the next few days.
