Hi Allen,

you say good fundies, but it lost money in the last quarter (ending
03/31/03).  However, quarterly EPS growth in that quarter is quite strong,
>85%.  Is this attributed to a seasonal thing?

It seems like LF tried to break out on 05/13/03 from a PP of 28.10$ set on
04/24/03, but then failed.

It also seems like LF tried to break out again last Friday from a PP of
29.00$ set on 05/16/03.  is it now failing again?

Finally, the rsline at both of these PPs is quite a bit lower than the
rsline of the LHS, assuming you see the left side at 35.70$ set at 12/03/02.
this does not seem like a good trait to me.

My kids have a leapfrog reading book, and I can tell you I find it a pretty
amazing device.  I found myself (as well as other adults) playing with it
more than the kids :)  I can see many applications of the technology beyond
toys, but I don't know what LFs plans are...

Btw, do you work for Mattel?  Are you a competitor of LF?  Can you give us
more info on the industry in general?  Thanks.

Allen,

I would consider the left side of the cup to be at
$35.70 on 12/03/02.  So, it still have a ways to go
for the handle.  Just my opinion.
