This stock has really bad fundies.  I would not
consider it.  I assume you do not think this is a
CANSLIM candidate, and just looking at the charts

As for the chart, not sure.  The handle was trending
up first.  Also, not sure if you should consider the
left side of the cup to be at $9.48 or $12.99.  I
would consider it to be $12.99.  Too much risk for my
taste.
