Does shorting fit into anyone's strategies? Personally, I'm still getting my head around the dynamics of good long candidates, so I don't expect to be playing with short selling soon, but I'm watching and learning.

Like probably many on this list, I discovered CANSLIM principles during a market upturn and decided they were a worthwhile focus. If, as many people predict, we're ripe for at least a short term correction, obviously job #1 is to protect capital and pull money off the table per your own selling rules.

But what from there? Are there any proponents here for learning to navigate the downside as effectively as the upside?

Thanks for all the great info,

Richard
