Hi Mike:

CANSLIM, with its 'buy high, sell higher' philosophy fits perfectly with
Mark Douglas's work -> as it flies in the face of everything we are
conditioned towards to buy something today that was cheaper yesterday - as
well as to sell something for $9 today, that we paid $10 for yesterday.
These are, IMHO, the most difficult aspects of CANSLIM - NOT the analysis of
fundamentals.

For those who are not familiar with it, "The Disciplined Trader" attempts to
analyze the emotional/analytical framework that most of us develop from
society, and compare it against the one we need to trade successfully. It
helps identify the how and why of 'watching the winners go by' and 'watching
the losses pile up' that is so common to many traders. If you have any
problems with the psychological/emotional side of trading (as most likely do
after the last 3 years), it is a very good book.

Cheers,

Ian
