Hello all, One possible yellow flag sell sign is a stock that violates the 50dMA on heavy volume, and I just wanted to confirm that this is on a DAILY price chart, vs a weekly one. As a case in point, after yesterdays action MVL finished the day slightly below the 50dMA, and had huge volume. If the stock does not manage to move above that line, I am taking this as a confirmation for myself that I need to exit the position totally. How long do you typically give the stock to move back above the line, and does it have to be on high volume to show institution support?
