Take a look at the investors.com Weblink today.  They discuss this very
phenomena using Countrywide Financial.

IMHO, some pullbacks offer a reduced risk entry and some don't.  It depends
on the market mood, the price/vol action of the stock and any news that may
be out on the stock.  You pay your money and take your chances.
