Hello, the thing with LF and all other toy companies is that 70% or more of
their sales are in the 3rd and 4th quarter due to the holidays. When you do
fundie analyis make sure to only compare the quarter with the previous years
quarter, it is useless to compare 2nd qrtr with 3rd qrtr. MVL might be
running out of gas for several reasons 1) It already has had a huge run up
2)It was a turnaround. The thing that might seperate LF from other
companies, such as my employer and Hasbro is 3 things:

1) LF sell many educational toys which aren't as seasonal as regular toys.
2) Many toys are only bought once but with LF Books the consumer buys the
Leap Pad and the books that come with it.
3) Parents are more willing to spend money on educational products.

Fisher Price (Mattel) is coming out with a leap pad like toy with the
exception is that you can read with your finger, not with a pen. I don't
know how that will affect LF.

The run up and forming of the right side of a CwH could be in anticipation
of the upcoming school and holiday season so it might be a good idea to get
in before 3 qrtr earnings are reported.

Note: I bought LF at around $26 and also own Mattel.

Hope this helps.
