Mike, first bought in early January when it popped up 1 point on good volume, 
added to my position in May when it dropped to 13.5 on low volume at the 200 
DMA, and stayed above support of 13, and again bought more at 17 because it 
moved above 16.75. Why, because of its business model, expansion, dept., PE, and 
sector.
