Charley, thanks... I misread slump as benign... since I haven't learned how
to quantify benign it's not part of my investing methodology...

Gene: Perhaps I should have added that the "slumps" do not penetrate the
stops. I still sell if the stock drops to a predetermined point. What I
want to avoid is selling every time the stock dips.
